The Job.  The Human Resources Outreach Specialist will work alongside the Recruiters and build relationships with schools, associations, community partners, and industry leaders to help find top talent to join our growing company. They will attend industry and hiring events and maintain recruitment lists for follow up calls and additional outreach activities. Additionally, they will work to identify key recruitment strategies.

  • 1-2 years of Outreach experience strongly preferred
  • 1-2 years of HR experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of community resources
  • Excel experience preferred
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
