The Opportunity. The Receptionist is responsible for retrieving voicemails, forwarding to appropriate personnel, and welcoming visitors by greeting them both in person and over the phone.

The Job. The Receptionist will answer, screen, and forward all phone calls. They will coordinate the mail flow and order, receive, and maintain all office supplies. The Receptionist directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories, maintaining security by following procedures. Additionally, the Receptionist will assist with basic filing and clerical duties.

Requirements
  • 1-3 years of previous experience as a receptionist or related position
  • Reads and comprehends simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Writes simple correspondence
  • Presents information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional personal presentation
