Partnership Affiliate Program Coordinator

Reports To: Partnership Marketing Manager

Job Overview
The purpose of this position is to assist our marketing department, grow and execute the affiliate program. This program is critical to the growth of Primary Arms as a company in brand awareness and as a trusted retailer and optics maker. As an affiliate coordinator, you will be working closely with many recognized and respected 2A community individuals to promote our products.

This is a full-time position with daytime and early evening hours. Some non-standard work and travel shifts may be required.

This position predominantly carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas:

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Follows all Company policies and procedures
  • Provide administrative support to upper management
  • Control communication within internal divisions and external contacts
  • Responds to various external inquiries from Affiliate partners
  • Maintain confidential records and files
  • Update and maintain policies and procedures
  • Maintain contact lists for the division
  • Book travel arrangements and reservations for the internal affiliate management team when needed
  • Manage business unit calendar
  • New product and Vendor set up in the system
  • Coordinate T&E process for the affiliates
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients when needed
  • KPI and ROI tracking and reporting
  • Confirms the affiliates are correctly posting hashtags and links as required
  • Scouting and vetting for potential affiliates
  • Able to suggest program improvements
  • Work with sponsored shooters and understand different competition disciplines and their needs
  • Work with our sponsored partners in podcast, YouTube, and other social media platforms
  • You may also be asked to work media events, such as trade shows and live shooting events
  • Required to cross-train and perform other duties
  • Ability to work with technology team on affiliate related projects 

Skills and Qualifications
The incumbent must demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:
  • Adept in technology, knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, in particular) and NetSuite as well as AvantLink or like system preferred
  • Communicate effectively with excellent oral, written, and above-average interpersonal skills
  • Must have good planning skills and the ability to anticipate problems and develop a plan of action to prevent delays in the organization's workflow with problem-solving skills
  • Highly effective and detailed orientation in organizational and time management with the ability to prioritize workflow
  • Statistical and graphical analysis of data
  • Resourcefulness ability to research the unknown to find answers
  • Professional and pleasant demeanor

  • Business Development Team
    • Assist reporting and KPI
    • Presents project updates and statuses
    • Coordinates meetings
    • NetSuite experience will be preferred
    • Assists with the execution of new product launch
  • PA Optics Division
    • Assists employees with questions or concerns
    • Communicate demo and promotional products
    • Communicate repair or exchange product request for PA Optics
  •  Marketing Department
    • Assists employees with questions or issues
    • Assists in marketing-related projects
    • Launches departmental advertising tools such as brochures, email ads, media support, and symposium/expo supplies
    • Communicate trade show needs
    • Supports branding initiatives
  • Operations Department
    • Assists employees with questions or concerns
    • Coordinates affiliate related inventory
    • Represent division on new process developments
  • Customer Service Department
    • Assists employees with questions or concerns
    • Assist with potential customer requests
  • Merchandising/Online Division
    • Product availability, pricing coordination
    • Lead new Vendor and Sku set up process
    • Help promotions, programs, etc. coordination
