Full-Time

Assists in the flow of inventory of all SilencerCo products. Ensure that inventory records are accurate at all times. Responsible for pulling and kitting products for builds.

Job Responsibilities

Maintains system to determine the physical accuracy of Inventory.
Handles pick tickets/orders from warehouse management/staff to pull items from warehouse inventory for various departments
Use basic mathematics to determine the appropriate number of picks
Physically pulls warehouse items by the stated number, size, color, quantity, quality, etc.
Maintain an organized clean work environment
Ensures that orders are staged correctly
Comply with safe work practices; understanding work injury procedures, workers comp, and safety standard
Operates any material handling equipment following established safety guidelines
May assist in placing incoming items in inventory
Participate in conducting warehouse inventory counts as required
Self-identifies mistakes, identify problems and recommend solutions
Performs other related duties as assigned

Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to perform tasks under pressure, and within a deadline driven environment
Basic math skills
Critical thinking and problem solving
Strong Knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
Have exceptional attendance (be to work on time, and take breaks at allowed time)
Great work ethic and attitude

Job Qualifications and Requirements

Familiar with inventory methods (LIFO, FIFO)
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds as needed
Ability to consistently move in a full range of motion
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Must be able to work the scheduled, assigned times and required overtime for the position
